· Sponsor a Class at Little Village                          

 

A gift of $10,000 will enhance the programming of our children with developmental disabilities for one entire school year.

To show our appreciation, your Official Sponsorship Package will include:

· A sponsor plaque indicating your name outside of a classroom Occupational and Physical Therapy Equipment

· An official picture of the The Hagedorn Little Village class designating your sponsorship

· Announcement in The Hagedorn Little Village Newsletter (circulation approximately 14,000)

· Invitation to an official sponsor breakfast with an opportunity to observe children that benefit from your gift

· Announcement in our monthly on-line newsletter (circulation approximately 1,500 and growing)

 

· Fund the Purchase of Much-Needed Equipment 

 

           Augmentative Communication Devices

 

· Dynavox  Xpress – A handheld device with a full range of communication capabilities usually available in only larger devices. Cost: $7,500     

· Dynavox M3 – An easy to use dynamic display communication tool for emergent communicators of all physical abilities. Scene-based pages assist individuals who are developing communication skills. Cost: $3,500

· Communication Builder – A self contained communication device (which allows user to record and play up to 112 messages (7 levels of messages in 16 different windows). Cost: $350

· IPod Touch – A highly portable device that is a full featured communication solution for individuals who have trouble speaking but have the fine motor coordination to manage its small size. Works in conjunction with “Proloquo 2Go “ software and provides natural text to speech voices, up-to-date symbols and a 7,000 word vocabulary. Cost: $300

 

 

         Occupational and Physical Therapy Equipment 

 

· Join us at one of our Special Fund Raising Events

Throughout the year, HLVS holds special events to raise money in support of its programs. Ranging in scope from school bake sales to our annual Golf Classic, these events provide an opportunity to have fun, meet other people, and support the school.
