Toddler Time offers parents a safe, caring environment where their children can learn and grow. Programs are offered for 18 months - 4.5 year old children.
Parents may choose either a morning, afternoon or full day Nursery School session or Extended Child Care. The Nursery School sessions are from:
• 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
• 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
The Extended Child Care program which includes the nursery school is open from 7am to 6pm.
The Toddler Time Extended Child Care gives parents the flexibility that is needed today. Open from 7AM to 6PM, parents can choose the plan that best fits their needs. Additional drop-in times are available for enrolled students.
Toddler Time’s sponsor is The Enrichment Center at The Hagedorn Little Village School. The school has been educating children in a variety of programs since 1969. Toddler Time is in a new modern building which features large air conditioned rooms, a library, a full gym, as well as a state-of-the-art security system. A new imaginative playground includes a bicycle path for exciting adventures and healthy exercise.
The program encourages growth and development through positive learning experiences. This state-of-the-art program features teaching techniques designed to enhance your child’s readiness for their future education. Emphasis is placed on helping children to develop a positive self-image and respect for others.
• The program includes an age - appropriate curriculum which encourages a highly motivated learning experience. While attending to each child’s individual style, this rich educational environment addresses pre-readiness skills.
• Curiosity and self-discovering are promoted through developmental play. Children are given the opportunity to explore their unique talents in crafts, music, computers and fine motor activities.
• Social skills and cooperative play are encouraged in new state-of-the-art outdoor and indoor play areas.
• The Brown Bag Lunch encourages children to enjoy lunch with peers and develop positive social skills.
